The complete guide

Cold email outreach service in Bangladesh, explained in full

How the service works, what we set up, and how we keep your outreach compliant and in the inbox. No result claims, because this service is being piloted. Just the process and the standards.

Cold email works when it is boring in all the right ways: the right people, a relevant message, a clean path to the inbox, and a clear way out for anyone who is not interested. It stops working the moment you rush volume onto an unprepared domain or buy a list nobody checked. We run the unglamorous parts properly so your outreach reaches real people and reflects well on your brand.

What cold email outreach actually is

Cold email outreach is a structured, one to one email programme aimed at business contacts who fit a defined profile but have not spoken to you yet. Each message is short, relevant to the person receiving it, and easy to reply to or opt out of. Done this way it is a professional first touch, not a blast.

It is not spam, and it is not the same as sending a newsletter to a list that opted in. The difference is in the details: who you contact, how you found them, how the mail is authenticated, how you word the message, and how quickly you stop when someone asks. Get those right and cold email is one of the steadier ways for a business to start conversations with other businesses.

This page describes a service we are piloting. Because we do not yet have a bank of campaign results to point to, we are honest about that. What follows is the process and the standards we hold ourselves to, so you can judge the service on how it is built rather than on numbers we would rather not invent.

Who this service is for

Cold email outreach suits businesses that sell to other businesses and know roughly who their buyer is. If you can describe your ideal customer by industry, size, role and location, we can build outreach around that.

  • B2B founders opening a new market
  • Agencies that want a reliable first touch
  • SaaS teams starting product conversations
  • Service businesses selling to companies
  • Sales teams without in-house deliverability skill
  • Teams tired of a domain that keeps landing in spam

If you sell to consumers, or you need results this week, cold email is probably not the right first move, and we will tell you so rather than take the work.

What you get with Creative Marketers BD

We run the whole stack, or only the parts you are missing. Each piece below can be a standalone job or part of a managed campaign.

Sending infrastructure

Secondary domains, fresh mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a proper warm-up before anything real is sent. Your primary domain stays out of harm.

List building and verification

Contacts matched to your ideal customer profile from public professional sources, then every address verified before it enters a sequence.

Sequence copy

Short, relevant messages with a single clear ask and human follow-ups. Written to be read, not filtered.

Reply handling and routing

A person reads every reply, routes interested prospects to you, manages out-of-office and wrong-contact replies, and removes anyone who asks.

Suppression and reporting

A live opt-out and do-not-contact list, deduplication across campaigns, and plain reporting on what was sent and how it is landing.

Sending infrastructure done right

The single biggest mistake in cold email is sending it from your main company domain. One spam run there can hurt the deliverability of your normal business mail for months. So we never do it.

Instead we register separate secondary domains, usually close variations of your brand, and create fresh mailboxes on them. Each mailbox sends at a low, human daily volume. If a domain ever picks up a poor reputation, it is isolated from your primary domain and easy to retire, and your real email keeps flowing.

This is the quiet groundwork that decides whether your message reaches an inbox or a junk folder, long before anyone reads a word of your copy.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication

Mailbox providers decide whether to trust your mail partly on three checks. We set all three up on every sending domain before the first send.

SPF

A record that says which servers are allowed to send for your domain. It stops others from forging your address and tells receivers your mail is expected.

DKIM

A cryptographic signature on each message. Receivers use it to confirm the mail really came from your domain and was not tampered with in transit.

DMARC

A policy that ties SPF and DKIM together and tells receivers what to do with mail that fails. It is now expected of anyone sending in volume.

Mailbox warm-up before the first real send

A brand new mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of messages looks exactly like a spammer to a mailbox provider. Warm-up avoids that. Over roughly two weeks, each mailbox gradually builds a normal sending pattern and a healthy reputation before it touches your real audience.

It is not a step you can skip to save time. Rushing volume onto a cold mailbox is the fastest way to land in spam, so we hold the line on it every time.

List building and verification

Outreach is only as good as the list behind it. We start from your ideal customer profile: the industries, company sizes, roles and locations of the people worth talking to. From there we build a list from public professional sources.

Then we verify. Every address is checked before it enters a sequence, so invalid and risky addresses are removed rather than mailed. That keeps your bounce rate low, which protects the reputation of your sending domains and, in turn, your inbox placement.

Sequence copy that reads human

A cold email has a few seconds to earn a reply. So the copy is short, speaks to something real about the recipient or their company, and makes one clear ask. No walls of text, no fake familiarity, no tricks in the subject line.

A sequence is usually a first message and a small number of polite follow-ups, spaced out, each adding a reason to reply rather than simply nudging. Where it helps, we test two versions of the copy so the campaign learns what your audience responds to.

Reply handling and routing

Sending is only half the job. When replies come in, a person reads them. Interested prospects are passed to you or your sales contact quickly, while your team stays focused on conversations rather than inbox triage.

Out-of-office notices and wrong-contact replies are handled, and the moment someone asks to be left alone, they go on the suppression list and hear nothing more from the campaign.

Suppression and list hygiene

Respecting a no is both the right thing to do and a requirement of the law. We keep a live suppression list of everyone who has opted out or asked not to be contacted, and it is honoured across every campaign we run for you.

We also deduplicate contacts so nobody is mailed twice by mistake, and we keep the list clean over time. Good hygiene protects your reputation and keeps the whole programme honest.

Compliance is the strategy, not an afterthought

Plenty of cold email is done carelessly, and it gives the channel a bad name. We treat compliance as the foundation, because mail that respects the rules is also the mail that reaches inboxes. We build every campaign to the main regimes that govern business email.

What we always do

  • Identify who is writing, honestly
  • Include a genuine, easy opt-out in every message
  • Keep records of how a list was built
  • Act on removal requests quickly
  • Contact business addresses on a lawful basis

What we never do

  • Buy scraped consumer lists
  • Hide or fake the sender identity
  • Ignore an unsubscribe request
  • Send outreach from your primary domain
  • Fabricate reply threads to look warm

The Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender rules

In February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo tightened what they expect from anyone sending in volume. Three things now matter more than ever: mail must be authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC; spam complaints must stay below a low threshold; and recipients must have an easy way to unsubscribe.

We configure all of this from day one. Authentication is in place before the first send, sending volumes are kept sensible to hold complaints down, and opt-out is built into every message. Meeting these rules is not optional any more, and it lines up exactly with how we already work.

Our own dedicated sending infrastructure

We run our own domains, mailboxes and sending tools for your campaign. This infrastructure is set up specifically for outreach, kept apart from your primary domain, and it is not borrowed from any third party's systems or piggybacked on anyone else's reputation.

In one line

Your outreach runs on infrastructure we control and keep clean, kept separate from your primary domain.

How a campaign runs, step by step

From first conversation to a live, well-behaved campaign, the path is the same every time.

  1. Scope the audience, offer and volume with you.
  2. Register secondary domains and create fresh mailboxes.
  3. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain.
  4. Warm up the mailboxes over about two weeks.
  5. Build the list to your profile and verify every address.
  6. Write the sequence and agree it with you.
  7. Send at a safe, human daily volume.
  8. Read and route replies, and manage the rest.
  9. Suppress opt-outs and report on what was sent.
  10. Review, adjust the copy or audience, and iterate.

What it costs

Pricing depends on how many mailboxes you need, how large the audience is, and how much of the copy and day to day management you want us to handle. Because those vary a lot, we scope each campaign and send a quote rather than post a single figure.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most about cold email outreach service, answered straight.

Q. Is cold email legal?

Yes, when it is done correctly. Cold email to business addresses is permitted under laws such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, PECR and UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, GDPR across the European Union and CASL in Canada, as long as you have a lawful basis, identify yourself honestly and give a clear way to opt out. We build every campaign to those rules and honour opt-outs on request.

Q. Do you send from my company domain?

No. We set up separate secondary domains and fresh mailboxes for outreach, so your primary domain and its reputation are never put at risk. This dedicated infrastructure is ours to run for your campaign and is not borrowed from or shared with any third party's systems.

Q. How long does setup take before the first email goes out?

Domains and mailboxes are provisioned first, then warmed up before any real sending. Warm-up usually runs for a couple of weeks so the mailboxes build a healthy sending reputation. We do not rush a cold mailbox into volume, because that is how inboxes get flagged.

Q. Can you promise a certain number of replies or meetings?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. This service is being piloted, so we do not publish reply or meeting figures we cannot stand behind. What we commit to is the process: clean infrastructure, verified lists, compliant sequences and honest reporting.

Q. Where do the leads come from?

We build lists to your ideal customer profile from public professional sources, then verify every address before it enters a sequence. Verification removes invalid and risky addresses, which protects your deliverability and keeps bounce rates low.

Q. How do you handle replies?

Every reply is read by a person. Interested prospects are routed to you or your sales contact quickly, out-of-office and wrong-contact replies are managed, and anyone who asks to be left alone is added to the suppression list at once.

Q. What is the Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender requirement?

Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate mail with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, keep spam complaints low and offer an easy way to unsubscribe. We configure all of this from the start so your sending meets the current requirements.

Q. How do you keep me compliant with GDPR and CASL?

We work to a lawful basis, keep records of how a list was built, identify the sender clearly, include a genuine opt-out in every message and act on removal requests. For Canadian and European contacts we apply the stricter consent and disclosure expectations of CASL and GDPR.

Q. What does the service include?

Sending infrastructure (secondary domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and warm-up), list building and verification, sequence copy, reply handling, suppression and reporting. You can take the whole service or individual parts.

Q. How much does it cost and how do I start?

Pricing depends on the number of mailboxes, the size of the audience and how much copy and management you need. See our pricing page or message us on WhatsApp with your target audience and offer, and we will scope it and send a quote.
