EDWIN — Doppelhaus Welsland
EDWIN sells twelve exclusive semi-detached homes in Edt bei Lambach, Oberösterreich, and its site is built like the product: quiet, exact and expensive-looking. A dusk render of the architecture fills the screen behind a two-line serif promise — Wohnqualität, die bleibt — with the location spelled out in letterspaced capitals above it, the way a property prospectus would set it.
The whole site is written in German for its Austrian buyers, runs on a Divi child theme built for this project, and funnels every path to one action: Exposé anfordern — request the prospectus. For a twelve-unit development that single-lead focus is the entire job of the website, and nothing on the page competes with it.
- German-language build for the Austrian market
- Prospectus-style art direction: serif, gold, dusk photography
- One conversion path — Exposé anfordern — and no distractions
