Dental SEO services, New York City

Dental SEO for New York City dental groups and DSOs with three or more locations

From Midtown and the Upper East Side to Park Slope, Astoria, Flushing and St. George, your patients search by neighborhood, subway stop, plan and language. We give each location its own page and map plan, build implant and Invisalign pages around the consultation, and tag every new-patient call to the location that earned it.

By proposal, from $4,500 per location a month

  • Planned per location and neighborhood across all five boroughs
  • Pages checked against the New York Board of Regents advertising rules
  • HIPAA-aware tracking: no ad pixels on booking forms or patient portals
  • No ranking or patient number guarantees, and a planning model you can check yourself

Customer success journey

Your 12-month dental SEO path in New York City

Pick where your NYC locations are today, put in your own numbers, and walk the path month by month: what we ship, what you should start to see, and what you keep. Conversion inputs come from published US dental call and booking data, mostly from vendors, and the ramp is set lower than our national page because New York is a competitive metro. The month-by-month shape is our working plan, not a published benchmark. It is a planning model, not a promise.

Where are you starting from?

Manhattan offices competing block by block. Locations in Midtown, the Financial District or the Upper East Side, where a dozen practices sit within a few blocks and map reach is short. Visits and value are sample numbers. Visit to inquiry uses 2.0%, inside the average homepage range (Webtonic, 2026). Inquiry to booked uses 40%, an assumption between Peerlogic's 25.24% and Liine's 57.1%.

Put in your own numbers

Monthly sessions from your analytics
0 for general new patients. 1 for implant and Invisalign cases, where the consultation and the accepted case usually sit in different months.

Month 0, expected case

A sample weekly diary across your NYC locations, with evening and Saturday slots. As the months pass, the shaded slots show new-patient visits and consultations booked from organic search, as the planning model above counts them. It is an illustration, not a forecast.

9.2 new patients booked a week, expected. Conservative 9.2.

The grid holds 36 a week.

  • New-patient exam1.8 a week
  • Implant consultation1.8 a week
  • Invisalign consultation1.8 a week
  • Emergency visit, evening or Saturday1.8 a week

Weekly new patients booked are the monthly model number divided by 4.33 weeks and split evenly across the lines shown. Both are assumptions; your booking system data replaces them.

How the model works

For each month m from 0 to 12: Organic visits a month, all locations(m) = V0 x VisitRamp(m). New-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m) = Organic visits a month, all locations(m) x C0 x ConversionRamp(m). New patients booked(m) = New-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m minus L) x P. Treatment value from organic search(m) = New patients booked(m) x First-year treatment value per new patient. Cumulative treatment value from organic search = sum of treatment value from organic search from month 0 to m. Before month L, new patients booked come from the month 0 level of new-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings).

Playbook

The pages we build first

Each card is a page type and the kind of search it answers, with your names in the brackets.

Pages by neighborhood, not by borough

New Yorkers search by the neighborhood they live or work in. Each location page names its neighborhood, nearest subway and bus lines, evening and Saturday hours, dentists, plans accepted and treatments, and links to its own Google Business Profile.

Example query: Dental implants on the Upper East Side, near the 6 train at [cross streets]

Map reach measured block by block

In dense areas such as Midtown, the Financial District or Downtown Brooklyn, a practice can rank for a few blocks and vanish beyond them. We measure each location on a map grid, so you see reach widen or not.

Example query: Grid report: 'Invisalign near me' across 49 points around [location]

Languages your dentists speak

Flushing, Sunset Park, Jackson Heights, Washington Heights, Brighton Beach and Murray Hill in Queens all have large Spanish, Chinese, Russian or Korean-speaking communities. We build language pages only where a dentist at that location speaks the language, so the visit matches the page.

Example query: A Spanish page for [location] in Washington Heights, with the dentists who see patients in Spanish

Plans and Medicaid answered per location

In Liine's national dental data, 'Medicaid not accepted' is the most common reason a new-patient inquiry does not book. Each location page lists the plans it accepts, including Medicaid managed care where it does, so callers arrive ready.

Example query: Which dental plans our Astoria location accepts

Consultation-led implant and Invisalign pages

These pages explain candidacy, steps, timelines, cost ranges and finance, with risks stated plainly. No guarantees and no superiority claims you cannot substantiate, as 8 NYCRR 29.1 requires.

Example query: What an implant consultation at our Park Slope office involves, and what it costs

Weekend and emergency coverage across locations

Toothaches do not keep office hours. Emergency pages per location say who can be seen today, and nearby locations point to each other when one is full.

Example query: Emergency dentist in Williamsburg, open Saturday: same-day visits at [location]

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a call

Why is New York City priced by proposal?

Digitalis Medical (26 Feb 2026) puts major metros at $3,000 to $5,000+ a month per practice, with costs in competitive markets 30 to 50% higher than in less competitive areas, and New York City, where a dozen practices can sit within a few blocks of each other, is one of them. Our US offer is $3,500 per location in major metros; NYC groups are by proposal from $4,500 per location a month, with a three-location minimum.

Do you cover all five boroughs?

Yes. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island search differently, so each location is planned around its own neighborhood, transit and languages. Groups with locations on Long Island, in Westchester or in New Jersey can include them in the same scope.

Do you build pages in other languages?

Only where a dentist at that location speaks the language. A Chinese page for a Flushing location with no Chinese-speaking dentist would send patients to a visit that does not match the page.

How do you handle New York advertising rules?

We check every page against 8 NYCRR 29.1, the Board of Regents rules for licensed professions: nothing false or misleading, no guaranteed service, no price or superiority claims you cannot substantiate, no fictional testimonials, and real testimonials only with the patient's written authorization and a reasonable disclaimer on results. Your dentists sign off clinical pages.

Is your tracking HIPAA aware?

Yes. No ad pixels on booking forms or patient portals, following the HHS OCR guidance on online tracking technologies, and monthly totals only from your practice management system.

Do you have New York dental case studies?

No. CMBD has no dental client case study yet. Our first dental client is a paid pilot, and its 90-day interim metrics will be published with consent. The proof on this page comes from the founder's in-house work at a software company, shown as multiples and positions only.

Do you guarantee map pack positions or new patients?

No. We report what happened against your month 0 baseline, per location, every month.
