Dental SEO services, United Kingdom

Dental SEO for UK dental groups, implant and Invisalign clinics

We build a page and a map pack plan for every practice, write implant, Invisalign and cosmetic pages around the consultation, and check every claim against the GDC guidance and the CAP Code. Then we tag each new-patient call and booking to the practice and page that produced it.

$4,500 per clinic a month

  • Scope per practice agreed in writing before work starts
  • GDC and ASA aware copy: no superlatives, no outcome claims, 'specialist' only where the GDC list allows
  • Reporting in calls, bookings and consultations per practice
  • No ranking or patient number guarantees, and a planning model you can check yourself

Customer success journey

Your 12-month dental SEO path in the UK

Pick where your practices are today, put in your own numbers, and walk the path month by month: what we ship, what you should start to see, and what you keep. We found no UK dental call or booking benchmark, so the conversion defaults are US figures used as labelled proxies, and treatment values are converted from GBP at 1.33. The month-by-month shape is our working plan, not a published benchmark. It is a planning model, not a promise.

Where are you starting from?

London implant, Invisalign or cosmetic clinic. One or two London clinics competing with specialist clinics and chains for treatment searches. Visits and case value are sample numbers. Visit to consultation request uses 1.5%, an assumption. Request to accepted case uses 25%, an assumption from Liine's 57.1% booking rate times the 25 to 35% new-patient case acceptance reported by Henry Schein (2015), with a treatment coordinator in place.

Put in your own numbers

Monthly sessions from your analytics
0 for general new patients. 1 for implant and Invisalign cases, where the consultation and the accepted case usually sit in different months.

    We ship
    • Call tracking per practice, set up so the main number stays consistent on Google and directories
    • Online booking and form events tagged by practice and landing page
    • Analytics behind a consent banner, and no ad pixels on booking forms or patient areas

    • One page per practice: each dentist's GDC registration number, qualification and the country it came from, opening hours, NHS or private status, treatments, booking, and the GDC's contact details as its guidance requires
    • Titles checked: 'specialist' or 'specialising in' only for dentists on a GDC specialist list, 'special interest in' or 'experienced in' for the rest, and 'Dr' only as a courtesy title shown next to 'Dentist' so it cannot read as a medical qualification
    • Each Google Business Profile linked to its own practice page
    You should start to see
    • Practice pages indexed and first impressions on '[treatment] [area]' searches
    • Map pack movement in the first practices, tracked weekly

    • Every offer states that treatment may not suit every patient and depends on assessment
    • Claim check against the CAP Code and the GDC's Guidance on advertising before publishing: nothing likely to create an unjustified expectation about results
    You should start to see
    • First consultation requests from treatment pages, still sporadic: months 4 to 6 are the slow stretch in our plan
    • Long-tail treatment and area searches ranking before the head terms
    You own:

Treatment page briefs, signed off by your clinicians.

How the model works

For each month m from 0 to 12: Organic visits a month, all practices(m) = V0 x VisitRamp(m). New-patient enquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m) = Organic visits a month, all practices(m) x C0 x ConversionRamp(m). New patients booked(m) = New-patient enquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m minus L) x P. Treatment value from organic search(m) = New patients booked(m) x First-year private treatment value per new patient (USD). Cumulative treatment value from organic search = sum of treatment value from organic search from month 0 to m. Before month L, new patients booked come from the month 0 level of new-patient enquiries (calls, forms, online bookings).

Each ramp is a multiplier on month 0, one per month. Month 0 is 1.00. Every multiplier is an assumption and is editable below.

Playbook

The pages we build first

Each card is a page type and the kind of search it answers, with your names in the brackets.

Practice pages the GDC would recognise

Each practice page names its dentists with their GDC registration numbers, qualifications and the country they came from, says what is NHS and what is private, lists opening hours and treatments, and links to its own Google Business Profile. 'Specialist' appears only next to dentists on a GDC specialist list; the GDC's Guidance on advertising allows 'special interest in' or 'experienced in' for everyone else.

Example query: Dental implants in [town]: [practice name], private and NHS dentistry, [street]

Consultation-led private treatment pages

Implants, Invisalign and cosmetic treatment start with a consultation. The page explains suitability, the steps, how long treatment takes, fee ranges and finance, and states that treatment may not suit every patient.

Example query: Invisalign in [area]: what happens at your consultation and what it costs

Fee guides before the call

Private patients compare fees before they call. A fee guide with honest ranges and what changes the price brings better-prepared enquiries and saves your treatment coordinators time.

Example query: Dental implant fees at our [city] practices, and what is included

One profile per practice

Each practice gets its own Google Business Profile with the right category, services, hours and photos from your own library, matching its page on your site.

Example query: Category: Dentist; services: dental implants, Invisalign, emergency appointments

Reviews and patient stories with consent

Every patient is asked for a review the same way, with no incentives. Any patient story, photo or quote on your site has specific, recorded consent, and no story claims an outcome the CAP Code would not allow.

Example query: Consent form: what will be shown, where, for how long, and how to withdraw

Calls you can see

Most dental enquiries arrive by phone. Call tracking per practice shows which pages and practices produce calls and how many go unanswered, with analytics behind a consent banner.

Example query: Monthly call report: answered, booked and missed new-patient calls per practice

What the method has done, and what we have not done yet

43x

Inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months

The founder ran SEO and paid search in-house at Brain Station 23, a software development and IT services company. The same method of tracking first, bottom-of-funnel pages next, then links and conversion work, took inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months. That was SEO and paid search together, for an IT services company, not a dental group.

Dental groups with three or more practices, and London clinics focused on implants, Invisalign or cosmetic dentistry. Single-chair practices and practices in smaller cities are outside this offer.

How is the fee set?

Per clinic. Dominate Dental (5 Sep 2025) prices London Invisalign specialist clinics at GBP 3,000 to 4,500 a month and London multi-treatment clinics at GBP 3,500 to 5,000+. Our fee is $4,500 per clinic, and a group is priced per practice, never one practice's fee spread across several.

Do you serve Manchester and Birmingham?

Yes, by proposal from $4,000 per practice a month. Dominate Dental puts multi-treatment clinics in those cities at GBP 2,500 to 4,000 a month and Invisalign specialist clinics at GBP 2,200 to 3,500.

How do you handle GDC and ASA rules?

Every page is checked against the GDC's Guidance on advertising and the CAP Code before it goes live: no superlatives, 'specialist' only for dentists on a GDC specialist list, 'Dr' only as a courtesy title that cannot read as a medical qualification (and left off injectable treatment promotions unless a medical qualification is held, as CAP advises), no claims likely to create an unjustified expectation of results, every promoted treatment marked as possibly unsuitable for some patients and subject to assessment, no promotion of prescription-only medicines such as botulinum toxin, and specific recorded consent for any patient photo or story, with signed and dated proof that before-and-after images are genuine. Your dentists stay responsible for marketing under their name, so they sign off.

How long until consultations come from organic search?

Our plan puts tracking and practice pages in months 0 to 3, slow early signals in months 4 to 6 and steadier consultation requests from month 7. That is our working plan, not a published benchmark, and we plan central London slower than other areas.

Do you have UK dental case studies?

Not yet. Our first dental client is a paid pilot, and its 90-day interim metrics will open this page, with the client's consent. The proof here comes from the founder's in-house work at a software company, shown as multiples and positions only.

Do you guarantee rankings or new patients?

No. We report what happened against your month 0 baseline, per practice, every month.

See where each practice stands today

In a 30-minute call we look at your practices, where consultations come from, which practices show on the map and which private treatments you want to grow. You leave with a month 0 baseline idea and a written scope if it fits.
