One page per location
Patients search by area and by treatment. A location page names the dentists, hours, insurance plans accepted, parking or transit and the treatments that location actually offers, and links to its own Google Business Profile.
Dental SEO services, United States
We give every location its own page, profile and map pack plan, build implant and Invisalign pages around the consultation, and tag every new-patient call and online booking to the location and page that produced it. You see new patients per location, not a rankings sheet.
$3,500 per location a month, three locations minimum
Customer success journey
Pick where your group is today, put in your own numbers, and walk the path month by month: what we ship, what you should start to see, and what you keep. Conversion inputs come from published dental call and booking data, most of it from vendors, and every one is labelled below. The month-by-month shape is our working plan, not a published benchmark. The chart is a planning model driven by your inputs. It is not a promise.
Grown by acquisition. Acquired practices still run old names, old sites and duplicate profiles, and location pages are thin or missing. Visits and treatment value are sample numbers. Visit to inquiry uses 2.0%, inside the 1.5 to 2.8% average homepage range (Webtonic, 2026). Inquiry to booked uses 40%, an assumption between Peerlogic's 25.24% for new-patient calls and Liine's 57.1% for tracked inquiries.
Inquiries arrive, phones leak. Search already sends calls, but many go unanswered or end without a booking, and nobody can say how many. Visits and treatment value are sample numbers. Visit to inquiry uses 2.5%, inside the average homepage range (Webtonic, 2026). Inquiry to booked uses 25.24%, the new-patient call conversion across 26 practices in Peerlogic's Feb 2026 analysis.
Implant and Invisalign consults are the goal. General dentistry fills the diary, but high-value consultations are rare and treatment pages are thin. Visits and case value are sample numbers. Visit to consultation request uses 1.5%, an assumption below the general inquiry rate. Request to accepted case uses 20%, an assumption from Liine's 57.1% booking rate times the 25 to 35% new-patient case acceptance reported by Henry Schein (2015). The implant case value of $4,500 is a sample; Pearl's ADA-based national average for placement alone is $3,075.
New or de novo locations. Locations opened in the last year with new profiles, few reviews and no local links. Visits and treatment value are sample numbers. Visit to inquiry uses 2.5%. Inquiry to booked uses 57.1%, Liine's 2024 dental rate, because new locations usually have open diaries. The model starts the visit ramp two months later for new profiles, an assumption.

A sample weekly diary across your locations. As the months pass, the shaded slots show new-patient visits and consultations booked from organic search, as the planning model above counts them. It is an illustration, not a forecast.
11.1 new patients booked a week, expected. Conservative 11.1.
The grid holds 36 a week.
Weekly new patients booked are the monthly model number divided by 4.33 weeks and split evenly across the lines shown. Both are assumptions; your booking system data replaces them.

For each month m from 0 to 12: Organic visits a month, all locations(m) = V0 x VisitRamp(m). New-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m) = Organic visits a month, all locations(m) x C0 x ConversionRamp(m). New patients booked(m) = New-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings)(m minus L) x P. Treatment value from organic search(m) = New patients booked(m) x First-year treatment value per new patient. Cumulative treatment value from organic search = sum of treatment value from organic search from month 0 to m. Before month L, new patients booked come from the month 0 level of new-patient inquiries (calls, forms, online bookings).
Each ramp is a multiplier on month 0, one per month. Month 0 is 1.00. Every multiplier is an assumption and is editable below.

Playbook
Each card is a page type and the kind of search it answers, with your names in the brackets.
Patients search by area and by treatment. A location page names the dentists, hours, insurance plans accepted, parking or transit and the treatments that location actually offers, and links to its own Google Business Profile.
The map pack sits above the organic results on local dental searches. Each practice gets its own profile with the right primary category, services, hours and photos from your own library, and a page on your site that matches it word for word.
A high-value treatment starts with a consultation, not a purchase. These pages explain who is a candidate, what happens at the visit, how long treatment takes, what changes the cost and what finance is available, with risks stated plainly and no promised results.
Insurance is a common reason an inquiry does not book. Clear pages on plans accepted, out-of-network costs and membership plans save the front desk time and bring better-prepared callers.
Most new-patient inquiries in dentistry come by phone. Call tracking per location shows which pages and locations produce calls, how many go unanswered and why callers do not book, without putting patient data in ad tools.
Every patient gets the same request after a visit, with no incentives and no filtering of unhappy patients. Replies thank the reviewer without confirming they are a patient or discussing treatment.
Proof
43x
The founder ran SEO and paid search in-house at Brain Station 23, a software development and IT services company. The same method of tracking first, bottom-of-funnel pages next, then links and conversion work, took inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months. That was SEO and paid search together, for an IT services company, not a dental group.

Brain Station 23 (software development and IT services) and NopStation (Brain Station 23's nopCommerce e-commerce brand) are the founder's in-house work, not client results. S & F Consulting (company formation, licensing and accounting, not a law firm) and SM Pest Control (local service, Bangladesh) are CMBD clients. CMBD has no dental client case study yet.

FAQ
No. This offer is for dental groups, DSOs and dental partnerships with three or more locations in a major US metro. Digitalis Medical's 2026 pricing puts most single practices at $1,000 to $2,500 a month, a market we do not serve.
Dental SEO is priced per practice in the market, because every location needs its own page, profile, map pack work, reviews and links. A group is never sold one practice's rate spread across its locations, because that would mean less work per location than a single practice gets.
Our plan puts tracking and location pages in months 0 to 3, slow early signals in months 4 to 6 and steadier consultation requests from month 7. That is our working plan, not a published benchmark, and competitive metros move slower. The model on this page shows how your own numbers change it.
Yes. We keep third-party advertising pixels off booking forms and patient portals, following the HHS OCR guidance on online tracking technologies, and we ask for monthly totals from your practice management system, never patient records. Your compliance lead approves the tracking spec in month 1.
No. Treatment pages describe candidacy, steps, timelines, cost ranges and risks. We do not write promises of results, superiority claims, outcome promises or 'specialist' labels outside a recognized specialty, in line with the ADA Code Section 5 on veracity (5.F.2 and 5.H) and the FTC's health claims guidance, which asks for competent and reliable scientific evidence behind health claims. Your dentists review every clinical page.
Not yet. Our first dental client is a paid pilot, and its 90-day interim metrics will be published with consent. The proof on this page comes from the founder's in-house work at a software company, shown as multiples and positions only.
No. We report what happened against your month 0 baseline, per location, every month.
We cite these as directional, and say so where a figure is secondary.
In a 30-minute call we look at your locations, where new-patient calls come from, which locations show on the map and which treatments you want more consultations for. You leave with a month 0 baseline idea and a written scope if it fits.
