Healthcare clinic SEO, United Arab Emirates

SEO for Dubai clinic groups, aesthetic and specialist centres

Patients in Dubai search in English and Arabic, and visitors from the GCC and further afield search before they fly. We build treatment pages for rhinoplasty, hair transplant, injectables, body contouring and fertility in both languages, each approved by your medical director and written to the DHA standards for medical advertising. Every request from a form, a call or WhatsApp is counted by the page that produced it.

$5,500 per clinic a month, provisional

  • Scope agreed in writing before any work starts
  • Copy checked against the DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, with no banned claims
  • Every page approved by your medical director; advertising approvals stay with your clinic
  • Consultation requests from forms, calls and WhatsApp tracked by page, with patient data kept out of ad tools
  • No ranking, traffic, patient or revenue guarantees

Customer success journey

Your 12-month path in the Dubai market

Pick where your clinic group is today, put in your own numbers, and walk the path month by month. Dubai adds two layers a US plan does not have: Arabic search alongside English, and patients who travel in for treatment. Every page also passes your medical director before it goes live. The chart is a planning model driven by your inputs, with every assumption on screen; no UAE conversion benchmark is published, so US figures are labelled where used. It is not a promise.

Where are you starting from?

Aesthetic clinic group: injectables busy, surgical lines quiet. Several branches, steady injectable and skin bookings, and surgical or fertility consultations that rarely come from search. Visits are a sample number across branches. Visit to request uses 3%, an assumption set just under the 3.36% medical practice lead conversion rate Promodo reports for paid search, a non-UAE figure. Request to booked treatment uses 9.5%: 18.9% booking a consultation (First Page Sage, US clinics; no UAE figure is published) multiplied by 50%, the midpoint of the 40 to 60% same-visit conversion Pabau reports for injectables, also a US vendor figure. Fee per new patient is a sample $1,000 for a first year of injectable visits; no Dubai fee survey was used, so replace it with your own AED figure converted at 0.2723.

Your treatment calendar, by line

Month 0, expected case

Each square is a booked treatment in a typical week across your branches. The model takes booked treatments from your inputs, including requests that started on WhatsApp, spreads them over the weeks of the month and splits them across the lines shown. The mix is a sample; set it to your own. Surgical and fertility lines book a few treatments a week, so the grid stays mostly open for those starting points; the count beside it carries the number.

5.9 booked treatments a week, expected. Conservative 5.9.

The grid holds 36 a week.

  • Rhinoplasty1.2 a week
  • Hair transplant (FUE and FUT)1.2 a week
  • Injectables and skin1.2 a week
  • Liposuction and body contouring1.2 a week
  • IVF and fertility consultations1.2 a week

Weekly booked treatments are the monthly model number divided by 4.33 weeks and split evenly across the lines shown. Both are assumptions; your booking system data replaces them.

This is a planning model built from your inputs, sample numbers and benchmarks from other markets. It is not a forecast, a promise or a guarantee of rankings, traffic, consultations, patients or revenue, and it says nothing about clinical outcomes.

How the model works

For each month m from 0 to 12: Organic visits(m) = V0 x VisitRamp(m). Consultation requests(m) = Organic visits(m) x C0 x ConversionRamp(m). Booked treatments(m) = Consultation requests(m minus L) x P. Treatment revenue(m) = Booked treatments(m) x Average treatment fee (USD). Cumulative treatment revenue = sum of treatment revenue from month 0 to m. Before month L, booked treatments come from the month 0 level of consultation requests.

Each ramp is a multiplier on month 0, one per month. Month 0 is 1.00. Every multiplier is an assumption and is editable below.

Playbook

The pages we build first

Each card is a page type and the kind of search it answers, with your names in the brackets.

Treatment pages in English and Arabic

Dubai patients search in both languages, and an Arabic page written by a fluent medical writer reaches people an English page does not. Each page covers candidacy, recovery, risks with a visible warning for surgical and invasive treatments, and the doctor's licensed title.

Example query: Rhinoplasty in Dubai / عملية تجميل الأنف في دبي

Claims checked against the DHA standard

The DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media bar exaggerated wording such as 'unique', 'miraculous', '100%', 'no side effects', 'assured success' and 'immediate results', ban comparisons with other providers and fear-based messages, require evidence behind any treatment result claim, and require titles to match the DHA licence, so wording such as 'Cosmetic Specialist' or 'Aesthetic Consultant' is out unless the licence says so. We apply the same list to website copy so your social and site say the same thing.

Example query: Hair transplant in Dubai: what to expect in the first 12 months

Medical director approval and advertising permits

Under the DHA standard every social media post naming a facility needs the medical director's approval, a named moderator and an archive for DHA audits. We prepare pages so that approval is quick, and keep an approval log. Where your licence requires a separate approval, your clinic files it: a MOHAP healthcare advertisement licence where the federal ministry licenses the facility or the advertisement, or DHCR approval for Dubai Healthcare City operators under the DHCR Advertisement Policy (PP/AD/001/03, 2019), which covers electronic materials and social media accounts and requires MOHAP approval for advertisements shown outside the facility. We supply the exact copy.

Example query: Approval log: page, version, approver, date

Galleries that meet the Dubai rules

Before-and-after images must show the same person, use the same lens, stay unedited and carry a statement that results vary, and written consent is needed before any patient image, video or statement is used, with parental consent for patients under 18. Filming procedures for promotion is banned. We rebuild the gallery from consented cases only.

Example query: Hair transplant before and after: same patient, unedited, results vary

Pages for visiting patients

Patients from the GCC and further afield plan treatment around travel. Pages cover video consultation, how long to stay, follow-up from home and how to reach the coordinator on WhatsApp, with no promise of outcomes.

Example query: Planning hair transplant treatment in Dubai from abroad

District and branch pages

Patients choose a branch they can reach: Jumeirah and Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim, Dubai Healthcare City, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Business Bay or Mirdif. Each branch gets a bilingual page and Google Business Profile with its own doctors and hours.

Example query: [Clinic] Jumeirah branch: doctors, hours and directions

Consult tracking across forms, calls and WhatsApp

Most Dubai clinic requests start on WhatsApp or the phone. We count each click and call by page and branch without sending patient details to analytics or ad tools, so organic gets its fair share of credit.

Example query: WhatsApp click event: page, branch, language and treatment line only

Inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months

The founder ran SEO and paid search in-house at Brain Station 23, a software development and IT services company. The same method of tracking first, bottom-of-funnel pages next, then links and conversion work, took inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months. That was SEO and paid search together, for an IT services company, not a healthcare clinic.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a call

Does the DHA social media standard apply to our website too?

The DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media name social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp. We apply the same claims list, title rules and gallery rules to website copy, so your site and your social accounts never contradict each other. Your compliance lead confirms which approvals your licence requires.

Who files for advertising approval?

Your clinic does. Depending on your licence and location, that can mean a MOHAP healthcare advertisement licence, or DHCR approval for Dubai Healthcare City operators under the 2019 DHCR Advertisement Policy, which also requires MOHAP approval for advertisements shown outside the facility, alongside the medical director's sign-off. We supply the exact copy and keep an approval log.

Do we need Arabic pages if most patients speak English?

Arabic pages reach Emirati and GCC patients who search in Arabic, and visitors who arrive from those searches. We write them with a fluent medical writer and track Arabic requests separately, so you can see whether they earn their place.

How do you track WhatsApp consultations?

We count each WhatsApp click and call by page, branch and language, without sending names, messages or health details to analytics or ad tools. Your coordinators then mark which conversations became consultations in your CRM or booking system.

Why is the price provisional?

The only Dubai rate we can cite for competitive sectors comes from one vendor. We will re-set the price from two or three direct Dubai medical SEO quotes, and it will not go below $4,000 a month.

Do you have Dubai clinic results?

No, and we will not invent them. Our first clinic client is a pilot whose 90-day interim metrics we will publish with permission. The method comes from the founder's in-house work at Brain Station 23, an IT services company, including top-three Google positions in the UAE.
