Real estate SEO services, Dubai

Real estate SEO in Dubai for off-plan developers and brokerages

Off-plan buyers and resale investors search by community and by project long before they call. We build launch pages, community pages and Arabic and English content that earn those inquiries on your own site, alongside your Property Finder and Bayut listings, and tag every inquiry and WhatsApp click with the project and community that produced it.

$5,500 a month, provisional

  • Scope agreed in writing before any work starts
  • Reporting in inquiries and viewings per community and project, not only rankings
  • The method behind top-three Google positions in the UAE for Brain Station 23, from the founder's in-house work
  • Trakheesi permit numbers and RERA details stay with you: we publish only what you supply and approve

Customer success journey

Your 12-month Dubai real estate SEO path

Pick where your organic channel is today, put in your own numbers, and walk the year month by month: what we ship, what you should start to see, and what you keep. Off-plan sales were about 70 to 73% of Dubai residential transactions in 2025 by the two DLD-based counts we cite (other brokerages count lower), so the model treats a project launch as a page set, not a single listing. The chart is a planning model driven by your inputs, with every assumption on screen. It is not a promise.

Where are you starting from?

Resale brokerage living on the portals. Your agents list on Property Finder and Bayut and most inquiries come from there. Your own site gets your brand name and little else. Visits are a sample number. Visit to inquiry is set at 1.0%, under the 2.7% real estate average in First Page Sage client data, because brand traffic is mostly existing contacts. Inquiry to closed deal uses 1.0%, inside the 0.4 to 1.2% band attributed to NAR in the US; there is no published Dubai figure, so replace it with yours. Commission is 2% of the AED 1.53 million 2025 median residential price (Metropolitan, DLD based), about $8,300 at AED 0.2723.

How the model works

For each month m from 0 to 12: Monthly organic visits(m) = V0 x VisitRamp(m). Inquiries (forms, calls, WhatsApp)(m) = Monthly organic visits(m) x C0 x ConversionRamp(m). Closed deals(m) = Inquiries (forms, calls, WhatsApp)(m minus L) x P. Commission value(m) = Closed deals(m) x Commission value per closed deal. Cumulative commission value = sum of commission value from month 0 to m. Before month L, closed deals come from the month 0 level of inquiries (forms, calls, WhatsApp).

Each ramp is a multiplier on month 0, one per month. Month 0 is 1.00. Every multiplier is an assumption and is editable below.

Playbook

The pages we build first

Each card is a page type and the kind of search it answers, with your names in the brackets.

Community pages buyers compare

Investors compare Dubai Marina with JLT, or Business Bay with Downtown Dubai, before they pick a unit. A community page with transport, schools, service charge ranges and recent transaction data, sourced and dated, answers that comparison on your site.

Example query: Apartments for sale in Business Bay: prices, service charges and handover dates

Project hubs that outlive launch week

A launch draws searches on the project name for a few weeks, and portals and other brokers take most of them. One URL path that starts as register interest, becomes the launch page and then the availability page keeps the rankings you earn.

Example query: [Project name] by [developer]: payment plan, floor plans, handover

Arabic pages written by native writers

Arabic search is a different keyword set, not a translation of the English one. We write the top community and project pages in Arabic with a native content partner and connect them with hreflang.

Example query: Arabic page for apartments for sale in Dubai Hills Estate

Investor guides with official sources

Overseas buyers ask about fees, title deeds, service charges, mortgages for non-residents and residency visas. Guides that cite DLD and government sources earn trust and links; we never give legal or visa advice ourselves.

Example query: Buying off-plan in Dubai as a non-resident: steps and fees

WhatsApp and register-interest tracking

Many Dubai inquiries start on WhatsApp. We tag each click with its page, project and community so a chat that becomes a deal can be traced back to the page that started it.

Example query: WhatsApp click on the JVC community page tagged as JVC, organic

Permits on every page, supplied by you

Dubai Land Department rules require a Trakheesi advertising permit for property ads and a RERA broker registration number (BRN) on marketing. Obtaining permits is your responsibility; our pages carry the permit number and BRN you supply, and we do not publish a listing or project page without them.

Example query: Listing page footer with Trakheesi permit number and BRN

Inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months

The founder ran SEO and paid search in-house at Brain Station 23, a software development and IT services company. The same method of tracking first, bottom-of-funnel pages next, then links and conversion work, took inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months. That was SEO and paid search together, for an IT services company, not a real estate business.

  • This page inherits the UAE offer. The $5,500 figure is provisional: it is re-set from two or three direct Dubai real estate SEO quotes before this page goes live, and never below $4,000.
  • For context, Prism (updated 17 Aug 2026) advises AED 15,000 to 40,000+ a month for competitive sectors including real estate, about $4,084 to $10,892 at AED 0.2723. Other Dubai sources are far lower: Digital Gravity (Sep 2025) puts the Dubai average at AED 4,500 to 6,500, Global Media Insight (Apr 2026) lists indicative packages from AED 4,500 to 15,000 a month, and Truelogic (Sep 2025) puts UAE retainers at about $408 to $4,084. The $6,000 typical behind our offer is our own estimate from the Prism band.
  • Prices are in US dollars, ex VAT. Three-month minimum, because months 1 to 3 are tracking and foundation work.
  • No ranking, traffic, inquiry or sales guarantees. We report what happened against your month 0 baseline.

Fit

Who this page is for

A good fit

  • Developer with two or more active projects in Dubai
  • Brokerage with 20 or more RERA registered agents
  • A marketing or sales lead who can approve pages and join a monthly review
  • Trakheesi permits and BRNs in place for what you advertise
  • Access for us to GA4, Search Console, your CRM and portal lead exports
  • Budget for Arabic content alongside English

Not a fit

  • Single agents and small brokerages without a RERA licensed team
  • Anyone who wants guaranteed leads, viewings or unit sales in the contract
  • Projects without the permits needed to advertise them
  • Teams that need inquiries for a launch next month: paid search and portals are faster for that
  • Holiday home operators: our hotel pages cover short-stay operators

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a call

Can SEO help a launch that happens in a few weeks?

Only a little. Rankings on a new project name take time, and a launch next month needs portals and paid search. SEO pays off when the project hub is live before launch and the same URL keeps its rankings through sales and handover, and for your next launch.

Who handles Trakheesi permits and RERA requirements?

You do. Permits and broker registrations are the developer's or brokerage's responsibility. We build a checklist into publishing so every listing or project page shows the permit number and BRN you supply, and we do not publish ads without them.

Do you write in Arabic?

Yes, through a native Arabic content partner, from month 5. Arabic pages get their own keyword map and are linked to the English pages with hreflang. We do not publish machine translated pages.

How do you compete with Property Finder and Bayut?

We do not try to replace your portal listings. Portals win many listing searches; your site can win project names, community comparisons, investor questions and your own brand. We report organic and portal inquiries side by side.

Do you have Dubai real estate client results?

Not yet, and we will not invent them. The founder's in-house work at Brain Station 23, a software development and IT services company, reached top-three Google positions in the UAE and took inbound pipeline to 43x in eight months with SEO and paid search. Our first Dubai developer or brokerage client is a pilot whose 90-day interim metrics we publish with its approval.

Why is the price marked provisional?

The published Dubai rates disagree widely, and the band we priced on comes from one vendor. Before this page goes live we collect two or three direct Dubai real estate SEO quotes and re-set the price from them, never below $4,000 a month.
